The waste is treated by a worm farm system. Family home incorporates 3 bedrooms and a home office. Well sealed, double glazed windows.

Concrete raft slab. No insulation.

No floor insulation. Straw bale wale insulation R10. Ceiling R4 blow in cellulose fibre. Foilbacked polyester blanket under the roofing iron providing insulation and condensation barrier.
