New Minister for Science has no degree
25. feb. 2010 11.38 EnglishThe new Minister for Science, Charlotte Sahl-Madsen (Konservative), is often labelled a great inspirator; a very energetic and impatient person. She is so impatient, in fact, that she has never completed a degree beyond high school level, writes web site Altinget.dk.
Thus, the new Minister for Science has only a high-school diploma in modern languages, but will nonetheless be in charge of research and teaching in universities, and of making sure more young people get a higher education degree.
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation has confirmed to Altinget.dk that the new minister indeed does not have a degree beyond high school level.
