Camilla Broe to be released
26. feb. 2010 10.53 EnglishCamilla Broe, who has been brought up on narcotics charges in the United States, will be released and allowed to return to Denmark no later than Monday.
The judge rejected prosecution demands that Camilla Broe be released on bail and must remain in the United States until the time of a possible appeal trial which will decide whether her case is statute-barred or will go to trial.
Instead, the judge decided to release Camilla Broe without any demands for bail.
At yesterday's court session, Camilla Broe consented to return to the United States should the appeal case proceed to trial.
