- The undertaker trade has special obligations to deliver a high quality of service, because they deal with grieving people who are not capable or do not have the strength to be critical, says Benny Engelbrecht.
DR News has recently revealed that only one undertaker in Denmark is certified according to the so-called undertaker-standard.
