Students quicker to graduate
16. jun. 2010 14.45 EnglishStudents take fewer sabbatical years and have shorter gaps in their studies. New numbers from the Ministry of Education show that students today are quicker to graduate than before, writes daily newspaper Urban.
At the University of Copenhagen, the average age of graduates dropped by one year between 2004 and 2009. And the ministerial numbers also show that students on average are five months quicker to graduate from their studies.
In 2005, students on average took 51 months longer to graduate than the standard prescribed period of study. In 2008, they took 46 months longer.
