Danske Bank: Rough start
08. feb. 2013 13.11 EnglishTonny Andersen, director of Personal Banking at Danske Bank, admits that the bank’s new customer service scheme has had a rough start.
“I agree that it’s been a bumpy ride so far, but the majority of those leaving the bank do so because they already do most of their banking elsewhere,” said Andersen at yesterday’s press conference.
So far, 3,800 of Danske Bank’s customers have elected to leave the bank after the introduction of the new service scheme.
However, 250,000 of the bank’s almost 2.1 million customers have already chosen to sign up for the new service.
