According to Anti Slavery International of London, there are 200 million slaves in the world today. Some of them are found among the Tharu people of Nepal who were cheated out of their land many years ago and who now have to work as slaves to sustain themselves. We follow two humanitarian workers, a Dane and a Tharu, in their joint effort to help the Tharu people.
