Little John is a big, immature guy who has been committed to a closed psychiatric ward. He has never had a girlfriend and is completely inexperienced, sexually. But he gets his sexual awakening when a young, manic and aggressive girl is committed to the ward. Little John is immediately fascinated by her sexual aggressiveness but once the sexual urge is ignited, it can be difficult to control.
