Things are a bit dull in the village by the North Sea; but everything changes when a group of young German surfers camp out on the beach. The local girls find the surfers quite interesting but the local boys are of a whole other opinion. Soon things escalate and the surfers become the targets for the aggressions and frustrations of the small town community.
