Entries wanted for the Danish National Song Contest 2010
Do you want to represent Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010? Then submit your composition to the Danish National Song Contest right now.
The Danish National Song Contest 2010 is a one-off event scheduled to take place on Saturday February 6th 2010 in Aalborg, Denmark.
DR will select 6 compositions in open competition among the contributions submitted. On the basis of editorial considerations, 4 specially selected contributors will be invited. Thus, 10 compositions will participate in the Danish National Song Contest 2010.
The winning song will represent Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Norway in May 2010.
You don't have to be Danish citizen to submit a song for competition. But either the composer, song writer, or the performing artist must be a Danish citizens or must have corresponding, strong relations to Denmark in order to participate.
The deadline for entries is October 5th 2009 at 12.00 noon.

and be marked "Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2010".
Alternatively, entries may be delivered to the reception of DR Byen.
